Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses in California and Nevada, USA.
US Shipping

Shipping is $3.99, or free on orders over $50.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered within the US?
Domestic US orders are typically processed within 1 business day and normally arrives within 4–7 business days. Trust us: your beauty sleep upgrade is worth the wait.
International Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide.If we ship to your country, your shipping rate will be calculated and shown at checkout.
While we do our best to reach as many places as possible, there may be a small number of countries or regions we’re unable to ship to due to carrier limitations or local restrictions.
Do I have to pay for customs and duties?
No surprise fees on delivery. If your order is subject to customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges, you'll see a full breakdown at checkout before you place your order.
We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which means any applicable customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and paid on your behalf. In most cases, you won't need to pay any additional customs or import fees when your order arrives.
If your local customs office requests additional information to clear your package, responding promptly will help avoid any delivery delays.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered internationally?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from our US warehouses. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 10-20 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and local customs processing, which tends to be outside of our control.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.
Because of the nature of our products, opened items can’t be returned — but your first opened pack doesn’t need to be sent back.
Please email us at hello@itshushhour.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not able to guarantee items lost in transit.
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?
Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.
