Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your pillow.

International tracking may not be as accurate but you'll be able to see when it leaves our warehouse and on it's way to you.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses in California and Nevada, USA.

How much does US shipping cost?

Shipping is $2.99, or free on orders over $50.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered within the US?

Domestic US orders are typically processed within 1 business day and normally arrives within 4–7 business days. Trust us: your beauty sleep upgrade is worth the wait.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country or which zone it falls under, your shipping rate will always be shown at checkout.

While we do our best to reach as many places as possible, there may be a small number of countries or regions we’re unable to ship to due to carrier limitations or local restrictions.

Do I have to pay for customs and duties?

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are set by your local government and are not covered by Hush Hour.

We’ll make sure your order gets to your country smoothly but from there, your local customs office handles the rest. For more details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered internationally?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from our US warehouses. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and local customs processing, which tends to be outside of our control.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

Because of the nature of our products, opened items can’t be returned — but your first opened pack doesn’t need to be sent back.

Please email us at hello@itshushhour.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not able to guarantee items lost in transit.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.
