Honestly I purchased this tape because the design and packaging are CUTEE (unlike the generic ones). The design also makes it less intimidating, and I love that I can sip water through a straw! It sticks well, but if you have sensitive skin like me, applying a tiny bit of moisturizer before using it helps with removal. I've used it for 5 days straight and notice myself feeling less tired and more alert throughout my office job workday - totally makes a diff
